i know some of you will probably like the sound of that subject heading, especially you mancs out there..! but saw football was already mentioned in here so i thought i'd just ask you folks that like your football, who you thought was to blame for the current, dismill, state of affairs at liverpool???
most are saying, sack raffa and i kinda agree but what about the players? if you get to put that shirt on and walk on the pitch, and get paid phenominal sums of money for the privilidge. should you not be stepping out there with nothing but massive desire and passion and will to win? i dont see that from the players, even the likes of gerrard and torres and carra...!
or is it down to the yanks and the crippling debt they saddled us with. i mean, what did yanks ever know about football....! shocking..!
anyway, if you want something other than fishing to talk about then let me know your views... :|

Well for some unforseen way of life Liverpool are now back in top 4 contention and i have no idea how. they have really sucked this season and do not deserve to be in the top 4 but they are there and there abouts lol...

I think main problem is Rafa he has had the money to spend and has bought crap, he should have bought Villa from Valencia when he had the chance and got Torres and him together in the club stage. With them two and Gerrard in same team would have been devestating.

I think its time to get rid of your good old carra he is a liability now imo and get fresh defence. You have one of if not the best gollie in england and ur midfield is not so bad as long as Gerrard and Ben plays (cant spell sir name)...

Problem for liverpool was bad summer buying and the manager being to expensive to sack.

got to say, that blame cant be placed solely on raffa at the end of the day football is a team sport and all too often the manager is blamed, 2 or 3 losses and its sack the manager, if torres had 2 or 3 bad games would we sack him doubtful, i think it a case of lack of confidence and and some bad sales and buys alonso shoud never have been sold although aquilani seems promising, we desperately need another top class striker as we rely too much on torres alone and when as he is now injured we struggle, think babel should get more games as they say hes no good but he hasn't had the playing time to find any form, come the summer we have got to buy a striker, after this i think the squad will be strong enough to cope with most teams, carra maybe not as fit as he once was but his experience is worth him just being there, alyn.

As a life long Liverpool fan the last few years have been really sad to see the way the club has been going down hill.
I'm really glad Rafa has gone and pleased Torres and stevie g have commited themselves to the club.

I have a feeling we will finish in the top four this year.
Gerrard was awesome tonight, showed some of his form in a white shirt that he often shows for us

1, Chelski
2, man utd
3, liverpool
4, gooners :D
