Sorting my fishing gear on Sunday I dropped a 10,000 XTE Baitrunner from about head height onto a stone tiled floor, after swearing loudly I picked it up to find it jammed solid, obviously bent! Anyway sent it on Monday to Felindre Servicing who are Shimano’s authorised after sales centre and received it back today, Wednesday!!!!!! In perfect order and all for a total cost of £13.
